STAGES OF WORK during ENGINEERING design
01.
Acquaintance
The stage during which the customer comes with already more or less formed desires or his variants and starting the process of exchanging ideas about the future project, the stylistic direction and basic requirements are determined. The cost of sketch works is calculated.
02.
Sketch design
On the basis of the received data, a sketch conceptual solution with the basic placement of premises and furniture is developed. The result of the second stage is an agreed schematic project, which is transferred to the architectural section for execution. At this stage, the cost of engineering project works is calculated.
03.
Architectural section
The architectural section includes project documentation with detailed floor plans, a plan of the roof, facades and their fragments, sections, junctions, general plan, tables of finishing materials, fragments of decorative details and their profiles, specifications for filling window and door openings. By agreement, 3D rendering of the exterior and interior.
04.
Section of constructions and communications
This section includes the producing drawings of building’s structural elements such as foundations, walls (masonry plans, monolithic belts), ceilings (prefabricated, monolithic), rafter system or flat roof. Material specifications, structural assemblies and details, structural solutions for waterproofing, vapor barrier, and insulation are being developed for all elements.
THIS PROJECT IS A PRODUCT FOR INTERNAL USE AT THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER-ENGINEER DESIGNER-BUILDER. OFFICIAL design in accordance to Ukrainian lows, SUBMISSION OF THE PROJECT TO THE ELECTRONIC SYSTEM, APPOINTMENT OF THE PROJECT’S CHIEF ENGINEER, AUTHOR’S SUPERVISION IS PERFORMED ONLY WITH THE HELP OF THE PARTNER AGROFON-PROJECT LLC. THE COST OF THESE WORKS WILL BE NEGOTIATED SEPARATELY, BUT OF COURSE WITHOUT MONEY that already had been PAID.
STAGES OF WORK during 3D visualization

02.
Sketch visualization
On the basis of the received data, a sketch 3D solution of two or three options of the customer with a preliminary location of furniture and decoration is developed. The result of the second stage is the agreement of the final version and the decision, which is transferred to final 3D visualization for execution.
03.
3D visualization
3D visualizations of exteriors and interiors are developed on the basis of the desired option, with a possible slight adjustment after obtaining the result. It should be noted that the changes occur 1 time and they are precisely small, and not a conceptual change of the agreed option and decision.
04.
Section of drawings and specifications
After receiving and agreeing on the final visualizations, after the request of the customer, the development of additional drawings (for example, electrical drawings), the produsing of equipment specifications (without reference to exact manufacturers and models), constructive recommendations, specifications of interior and exterior decoration can be prodused.
STAGES OF WORK during creating sites

The stage during which the customer comes with already more or less formed desires or his variants that was found on the Internet on websites that are close by the theme, and start the process of exchanging opinions about the future website’s stylistic direction and basic requirements. At this stage, the cost of website produsing works is calculated.
02.
Sketch site
On the basis of the received data, a sketch website is produsing, with 2-3 variants of design and content. The result of the second stage is an agreed version of the design and content of the website, which is submitted for final finishing and filling with all the necessary content.
03.
final site
On the basis of the agreed version of the website’s design and content, the website is finalizing and filling with all the necessary content and is finally accepted by the customer. If it is necessary, minor corrections are making. It should be noted that the corrections are making once and they are small, and thay are not a conceptual changing of the agreed version.
04.
support or training
At the request of the customer, the website will supporting in the future, namely monitoring of updates and functionality of the website and addition of the content. It is also possible to carry out the minimum necessary training of the customer so that he by himself can add or remove the content. The cost of support and training is negotiated separately.
